What to Have Ready
To ensure your appointment goes smoothly please have the following ready before we arrive.
A valid, current, government-issued photo ID for all signers. This is required by Georgia law for all notarizations.
Your documents should be fully completed except for the signature lines. Please do not sign your documents before we arrive.
All signers must be present at the time of the appointment. We are unable to notarize a signature that was not witnessed in person.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card payments via Square and cash. Please have your preferred payment method ready.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
A travel fee of $0.76 per mile is charged based on the round trip distance from Warner Robins, Georgia to your location. Your travel fee will be confirmed before your appointment.
Once a document has been notarized and the notary seal has been applied the service is considered complete and all fees are non-refundable.
